It takes time and focus and passion to build great online NLP content. Turns out, that's my mission.

From a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence - specifically, getting a computer system to answer questions so it could explain itself -
       via a stint teaching AI in academia
              to climbing the corporate ladder to the executive level
                     to immersing myself in NLP
... it's been quite a ride.
Then, after five years in conference rooms running NLP-based short courses, I knew I had to take my work online. So in 2010 I began learning, building, refining and teaching, blending online content and hi-nice-to-meet-you workshops. And my mission today is to make NLP-based training - whether that's certification courses or short courses - more excellent, more accessible, and more profitable for NLP professionals than ever before.

I want NLP to do much more than 'go online'. I want NLP to go online excellently. That needs new ways of engaging our students so they adore the new approaches as much as I adored my in-the-room training fifteen years ago.  It needs a new understanding of training NLP in a new technology environment. The virtual learning space is inherently different to the physical event. We need both. It's not either/or, it's both/and. We need to be flexibly excellent trainers in both worlds.
