Hey, thanks for visiting my profile!

As the founder of GrowMyself, I am on a mission to make coaching and NLP as accessible to as many people as possible. I am exceptionally determined and eager to help others move beyond their own ‘perceived’ limitations and surpass their expectations.

 

I work predominantly in the corporate sector, facilitating behaviour-based learning to a wide range of companies and industries. My specialism is in leadership development, coaching and NLP.

 

I am a certified NLP Trainer and actively weave its principles into all of my coaching sessions, workshops and consultancy practice.

 

As well as running my Grow businesses, I volunteer as a mentor for the Career Ready and Steps Ahead programmes. The aim of these programmes is to help high school students and young people, ages 16 to 24 progress onto positive career destinations.
