Hi, I'm Ifeoma (pronounced 'If-Oh-Mah')!
I help you find YOU after motherhood using a combination of coaching, NLP, hypnosis and Time Line Therapy Techniques.
I am a spirit-filled wife and mama to three wonderful children. I have over a decade of experience within the tech industry where I've led and coached large teams and leaders to take charge and design the life and career they desire. I'm especially passionate about helping fellow mothers thrive after motherhood!
If you know that there is more, whether in life, motherhood or in your career/business, but are struggling to define and connect with what you want, then I look forward to helping you define and connect with what you want and help you remove the limitations in getting there.
Our sessions focus on enabling you with the right mindset to achieve powerful personal results.
These sessions can focus on specific goals or on limitations you might have around relationships, confidence, productivity, stress, anxiety, grief or other problems.
I will help you define the specific goals you really want. We will discover you, outside of just motherhood, and give you a deeper understanding of how you view yourself, your patterns and your world. We will do the work to identify and release the negative patterns that are really holding you back from being able to be, do and have what you really want in life.
We’ll develop a custom action plan with outcomes and goals you are spiritually and emotionally connected to and that you are empowered to meet and exceed.

I had been on the look out for a coach for some time when I came across Ifeoma's website and ANLP Profile. I was so intrigued by the tribe of mothers and finding yourself after motherhood, it resonated so much with my situation that I instantly needed to know more. Beginning my coaching journey is honestly the best thing I have ever done for myself and Ifeoma really is one of a kind, she is genuine, attentive and really listens. I had tried other things such as CBT since having my children feeling as though I needed additional support mentally and I can honestly say none of that worked for me. Coaching however is a completely different experience, the positivity and comfort these sessions have given me have changed how I see and feel about myself. I've had 11 sessions with Ifeoma now and I've come so far, she shared something with me in one of our very first sessions that I'd never considered before and that really was the moment we connected, she said "rather than focussing on perfection look at your progress" something so simple yet so powerful! To have that support from outside of my inner circle is what really made the difference and that's exactly what my journey with Ifeoma has been all about, reconnecting with myself and finding my inner voice all with the support of this amazing lady! So thank you Ifeoma for being a part of my journey, for guiding me and supporting me to find my self again. If you are considering coaching and wondering whether it's right for you the only advice I can give is to go for it, you never know what you might discover! As for Ifeoma it goes without saying she is an exceptional coach, highly professional and extremely passionate about the work she does! Our sessions continue because quite frankly this is 'Me Time' I've never experienced before and making myself a priority has exceeded my expectations and made the world of difference!
