NLP Trainer, Coach and Facilitator

I am passionate about NLP and love providing people with a high quality applied training and coaching experience.

Before I formed Beyond Training Solutions, I was an experienced trainer and worked at senior level in primary healthcare and within both the public and commercial sectors.

I have been there on the hamster wheel of stress, guilt, over work and feeling trapped. I have juggled motherhood, a successful career, family responsibilities, financial pressures and at times have dropped more than a few balls.

Through my own NLP learning journey I realised that I didn’t have to stay on the hamster wheel for the rest of my life. I took control of my life and moved myself up the priority list of my own thinking and caring.

I have always been passionate about supporting others, yet I felt that if I did not support myself, how could I support them? Then, at the age of 40 (ish!), I decided it was time to stop doing the things I thought I should do and start doing the things I wanted to do.

I have always been driven to enable people to achieve far more than they thought they could, so I decided to take my passion and my 18 years coaching and training experience into setting up Beyond Training Solutions and, therefore, Beyond NLP Training.

Not only do I now enjoy providing empowering training, coaching and facilitation for individuals and organisations alike, I am committed to training high quality coaches to help meet the needs of those who live in the busy and pressurised society of today.

I can honestly say I have never been happier or more fulfilled as this has given me the opportunity to not only do what I love but also watch other people let go of things that have previously held them back and move forward in a way that fits with them.

I run full NLP training (Including diploma, practitioner and master practitioner) in London. We ran our first Live Virtual NLP Diploma and Practitioner in 2020 which was a wonderful success, so much so that I now run one live virtual practitioner a year and two face to face practitioners!

One of the highligths of my year is our Master Practitioner retreat which is in the New Forest which is a glorious location and I love seeing, not only the massive leaps in people's coaching ability but also the personal shifts they have.

We all know the best learning environments are where you can work with others AND be supported as individuals, which is why the support you get from being a part of the Beyond NLP family is simply amazing!

We always have a fantastic mix of people on our NLP training courses, from doctors, nurses, managers and coaches to those working in the mental and physical health arenas and those who are at the stage of their life where they know they want to make significant change.

We have had delegates who are 18 to those who are 74. It’s never too early or too late to enhance your own emotional intelligence, mental well-being and self-development or to take these skills into your passion or empowering others!

If you want to dip your toe into NLP, I run a number of introduction days which concentrate on the Power of NLP in different contexts (Coaching and mentoring, self-development, relationships and business).

I also specialise in working in the healthcare arena and have trained 1000's of healthcare professionals in utilising NLP to improve their patient care. We have a large number of doctors, nurses, consultants and alternative health practitioners who have completed our full NLP training.

In addition, I have vast experience in running bespoke in-house courses and Applied in-house NLP Practitioner courses.

I am also a facilitator and coach and use a combination of NLP, Clean Language, Wellness Recovery Action Planning, Motivational Interviewing,Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence in my work.

Although I travel the UK on my lovely narrowboat, I offer coaching in West and Central London and Online.

Excellent Trainer

Jo facilitated a large group of candidates (myself included) on our journey to become NLP Practitioners. The intense course was delivered virtually, over a number of weekends and despite 'zoom fatigue', Jo encouraged, engaged and mentored us alongside her wider crew.
Jo is particularly good at live examples and and ensuring all candidates not only get to have a go, but also benefit from a professional and fun debrief before moving on.
I respect and value Jo's experience and find she balances authenticity with professional boundaries very well.

NLP with Jo Creed

I did my online practitioner course and face to face master practitioner course with Jo in 2020 and 2021. Jo is an inspirational teacher, leader, coach and facilitator. She managed the cohorts very well both online and face to face. The training was fun and memorable. She has an incredible capacity to connect with everyone and support each one of us in the group. She consistently makes shift in my personal and professional life. I am incredibly grateful and thankful for knowing and learning from Jo and would highly recommend her.

NLP with Jo Creed

I first met Jo in her capacity as an NLP trainer running a "taster" day as an introduction to the power of NLP. I was immediately and deeply impressed by her passion, enthusiasm for and knowledge of NLP. Every training course I have attended with her at the helm has been both inspiring and rewarding. She manages to combine having a lot of fun with making large amounts of information clear, accessible and memorable. I have huge respect for her awareness and flexibility in dealing with the variety of training needs of all the different cohorts I have been part of as a trainee, and her extraordinary listening skills.
The latter encouraged me to approach her for some one-to-one coaching outside of the training environment, and I was not disappointed. Jo's professionalism and expertise shone through, and I can't stress enough how helpful I found this interaction with her. She is absolutely a master of her craft, and a joy to work with on any level.

Jo Creed (formerly Wilson)

I completed my NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training with Jo Creed. At all times I found her to be supportive, encouraging and professional. She makes the training sessions varied, enjoyable and memorable, and she is always aware of students learning style and needs. I have since assisted at trainings and observed Jo's style and training from a different perspective. I have learnt a great deal from her, and would recommend Jo as a trainer without hesitation.

I have not yet reviewed any books.
