When I was first introduced to Neuro Linguistic Programming I had just completed my degree as a Counsellor. I was both fascinated and sceptical.

NLP sparked a great curiosity in me the way it boldly declared a simplifyed language of the brain. After fifteen years I am still fascinated every time I can usually cure a trauma or similar long term problem painlessly, in three sessions or less, and know that it lasts.

What you may like to know is that most of us all have the resources we need within us to find huge change in our own lives, we just don't have the map of how to do it. So what I do with NLP is show you the map that will help you use the resources you already have, allowing you to quickly access more and more of your huge potential.

Beyond working with the mind I became curious about bodywork and more adventurous about the holistic nature of our extended selves. I spent six years as a professional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi (massage) therapist and Reiki Master, continuing on with training in Karuna Reiki reaching level two. Reiki is healing that can also be done internationally..
