My story

My name is Karen Shaw; I’m an energetic coach and founder of Inspired Coaches. 

At Inspired Coaching we offer clients a style of coaching, which assists business leaders with their emotional wellness, leadership style and impact. In our business program, we aim to enable leaders to develop more integrated and evolved business models with higher performing financial, social and environmental returns.

We want to work with social entrepreneurs, social enterprises and those working in the field of social venture capital.  Sectors of interest include healthcare, finance, community development and environmental technology.

Qualifications

I am qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner and trained in timeline based techniques. I am qualified in Spiral Dynamics (Level II Practitioner) and also qualified in Reiki and training in Advanced Clearing Energetics (ACE). Currently, I am undertaking the ILM for executive coaching level 7 certification.

Background

Throughout the years I have worked in environmental policy, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and socially responsible asset management (SRI).  I have an MBA in Business Administration/finance and I have worked for academia, not-for-profit think tanks and FTSE 100/350 companies.
