Leanne McCafferty is a qualified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, coach and trainer. With over 20 years’ experience of working in the Social Care sector, specialising in Learning Disability Services, she has held a number of roles from managing supported living services, training delivery for the social care workforce, to her present role as the Participation & Engagement Manager for a large Housing Association. Her passion for applying the skills of NLP in all aspects of her work enable her to support individuals and organisations to expand their choices and bring about positive change.
Leanne also offers coaching, consultancy and creative training solutions and has worked with Organisations such as the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC). Leanne has inspired others to achieve outstanding results and her training sessions are often described as 'personable, thought provoking, engaging and offering practical tools that really do make a difference.'
