I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone who is struggling. She is a very good listener and through her sessions I have had a couple of 'lightbulb' moments which have helped me to better understand and deal with things. She works hard to create visualisation techniques for dealing with situations. I never feel rushed in any of her sessions, and I am always grateful for her follow up messages in the days after a visit.
All in all she has been invaluable to me in helping me to recognise and deal with stressful situations, and I am amazed at how much better I feel in myself and in my ability to move forward, in such a relatively short space of time.
