Mémé, was born in Canada to Japanese parents but grew up and has lived in the UK for over 40 years. Her 25 years of meditation practice has contributed to her interest in the power of the mind and how it can be used as an integrative approach to nutrition. She is also interested in mindful and non-violent communication some of which she learnt during her previous life work for Non-government organisations such as Peace Boat, The Bhutan Nuns Foundation and Elroi Hope Centre for Destitute Children.
