I have been working in the field of industry for over 15 years in various positions, from manager assistent, over HR assistant, Hr manager to General manager. Going through different positions I fully realized all advantages and disadvantages of the bussiness and employees in certain positions.
Mostly people that are employed in big companies and cannot find the wanted position, but also students in searching the job.
Best issues that I specialized in are searching the right career and right job for the future and communication between employes.
I care about people, it is very important for me that I see people filling good and laughing.
They will learn how to communicate, how to reduce stress and find the best position for themselves.
I am the right person for reducing the stress and communication.
They can make and introduction sesion and hear something about myself and feel the good energy that I am sending.
Every emploee that has a job problem or communication problem or need to unblock from the place where they are now.
