WHO IS TONY? ► Married to Lee for almost 25 years and father to Jerome and Georgina.  When I'm not working or with my family I like to make loud noises on electric guitars. Very proud that at almost 60 I'm still strutting around stages of local music venues like a teenager with the bands that I'm a part of. I hope I'm still doing it for many years to come. 

What am Iike? Sometimes quite and  introverted. Sometimes I can't sit still when I'm buzzing with excitement. In my work one of things that I hold in highest regard is treating people in the way that they want me to treat them.

If they want me to be gentle and supportive then I'm good at that. Some want me to be direct and honest almost to the point of being brutal. That doesn't come naturally to me but I can do it if that is what people want and need. 

I prefer informal to formal and the people who gravitate towards working with me tend to be that way too.  I take achieving results with my clients very seriously.
