Exciting new part time career opportunity for NLP Professionals

An Awarding Organisation is looking for proactive, part time, self employed EQAs to fulfil a number of new positions in the near future.

This is a great part time, flexible opportunity for individuals who are organised, enjoy procedures and want to use their skills to support Centres and ensure standards can be consistently met.

It is ideal for those who hold NLP Certification at Practitioner level or above, who may wish to develop a part time career as an EQA, either alongside their coaching/training business or as a potential new career.

The main responsibility of an EQA is to ensure quality assurance is maintained by undertaking approval visits to prospective centres and monitoring visits to approved centres to ensure they can and continue to meet all the standards set by the AO.

It is essential that applicants hold an EQA qualification (External Verifier) at L4 or above or be willing to obtain an EQA qualification (Unit 1) prior to commencing work. The practical part of the EQA qualification (Unit 2) can be achieved once work starts.

All Key Attributes (E-Essential, D-Desirable)

  • EQA qualifications at L4 or above – or be working towards this (E)
  • Subject specialism in the skill area – Practitioner level or above (E)
  • Demonstrable experience in adult, further or higher education (D).
  • Experience of the internal quality assurance process for relevant subject area (D)
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent (D)
  • Ability to work as part of a team (E)
  • Ability to work independently to specified standards (E)
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, IT and interpersonal skills (E)
  • Able to critically evaluate, identify and report on quality issues accurately and concisely (E)
  • Ability to meet deadlines (E)
  • A customer focused approach (E)
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills (E)
