ANLP are recruiting for a Social Media Co-ordinator, initially for 6 months to cover maternity leave and possibly leading to a long term, part-time, self employed position.

The Role – Social Media Co-ordinator

We have been rapidly increasing our Social Media presence and following for ANLP, NLP Conference and NLP Awards on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin and You Tube. Our aim is to continue this growth and innovate where possible.  

This role currently takes between 10 - 15 hours per week, depending on project lifecycles.

What We Would Love

An NLP-trained, Social Media wizard with great technical skills, solid experience and enormous creativity. A self-starter, who can work with the ANLP Team to create and manage our Social Media posts (using the tools below) based on our Monthly Campaigns.

We would love someone with great marketing experience, a good understanding of our businesses and a heart-led ethos. 

The Tools

We use

  • Hootsuite and Facebook Scheduler/Facebook Business to manage around 15 groups and pages (private and public) on our platforms, some automated and some direct.
  • Canva and Doodly for creating posts and both Adobe Stock and Envato for sourcing images.
  • Monday.com as our Project Management tool.

What We Provide

  • A minimum 6-month, part-time (25-50 hours per month), home-based, self employed position at rates to be negotiated.
