Eve Menezes Cunningham has been on Rapport's editorial team since 2007. She is an author, writing for numerous publications, is Chair of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Coaching Executive and runs The Feel Better Everyday Consultancy.

She has been coaching since 2004 and became an NLP Master Practitioner in 2008. She is also an accredited counsellor, integrative clinical supervisor, yoga therapist and instructor, accredited advanced EFT practitioner, therapeutic coach and complementary therapist.

She specialises in anxiety, trauma, sleep issues and helping people find purpose and meaning.

Eve offers therapeutic coaching, a 9 Week Chakra Coaching Programme and breakthrough sessions.

She qualified as a coach in 2004 and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and a Post Graduate Certificate in Integrative Counselling and Coaching (one of the first group in the UK to be qualified to post-graduate level as an integrative coach-therapist).

A freelance psychologist, health and wellbeing writer (evemenezescunningham.co.uk) since 2004, Eve contributes advice, columns and features for a wide range of national, specialist and international print and online titles. Her first book, 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care for Embodied Wellbeing is out now and has already been featured in titles including Psychologies, Prima, Yours, Good Housekeeping and Tesco magazine.

Eve has served on the British Association for the Counselling Professions’ (BACP) Coaching Executive since 2014, initially as Specialist for Communications and, now, as Chair.

Her qualifications include:

  • Advanced Supervision, Therapeutic Supervision, Group Supervision and CORE Supervision certificates in Integrative Clinical Supervision from the Centre of Supervision and Team Development (CSTD London). She completed my Integrative Clinical Supervision training in 2016 and, while she works towards overall certification, is offering low cost supervision.
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London (UEL) - 2014
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust (accredited by UEL and BACP) - 2012
  • Yoga Therapist for Mental Health certified by The Minded Institute (registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK) - 2012
  • NLP Master Practitioner from INLPTA (registered with ANLP) - 2008
  • Accredited and certified Advanced EFT Practitioner (registered with AAMET) - 2016 (Level 2 Practitioner since 2006)
  • Life Coaching Diploma and Certificate from Newcastle College - 2004
  • Crystal Therapy Diploma from ICCH - 2004
  • BA (Hons) in English Literature from Bangor University
