Without Passion, Life is only Motion! – Dr Billy Kueek
This quote by her mentor, Billy, perfectly sums up Kit in all that she does. Whether she is speaking in front of an audience of ten or a thousand, during training, or writing, or just cooking dinner for friends, her passion is unmistakable.
Kit is a social entrepreneur with the desire to change the world, one child at a time. She believes in making a difference for others in everything that she does and utilizes the techniques, skills and knowledge she has learnt over the years to help others be the best they can be.
Her passion to share her knowledge has led her to become a trainer, inspiring and empowering her audiences in a wide range of topics, including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy™, Hypnotherapy, communication and presentation skills, and entrepreneurship.
Kit is the leading female NLP Master Trainer in Asia, certified by both the American Board of NLP and NLP University. Kit has trained and certified NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers from Singapore, U.A.E., Myanmar, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, USA, Australia, Hong Kong, and many more. Recently, Kit was appointed as International Ambassador for Malaysia and Singapore by the Association of NLP (ANLP). She recently published her first NLP book, ‘From Distributor to Diamond’ (which has been translated into Bahasa Malaysia).
A chartered accountant by training, Kit is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She was a mentor for the ICAEW/TalentCorp Women in Leadership program. She also coaches and mentors entrepreneurs and young adults.

Kit says, "They say things happen for a reason and I do believe that my encounter with NLP back in 2009 definitely did not happen by chance. A meeting with NLP Master Trainer, Dr Billy Kueek led to a life journey sharing NLP through training and coaching. What started as curiosity with a bit of skepticism resulted in the need to understand myself more. My passion for NLP stems from the transformation and changes I saw in my own life leading to the desire to help others. There is nothing more rewarding than to see the smiles on the faces of our practitioners, master practitioners and coaching clients when they achieve their breakthroughs and after many years searching for the right “job”, I know this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Being able to make a difference in the lives of others continues to be my highest driving force and NLP allows me to do this actively. Being a part of the ANLP community has introduced me to many NLP professionals from different countries and it is encouraging to hear what they are doing in their countries. Now, as International Ambassador for Malaysia and Singapore, I would like to share more about NLP to the region, not just in Malaysia and Singapore but also to the other countries in South-East Asia. Helping to grow the NLP community in Myanmar is one of our goals as we see the difference that NLP can make in this country which has seen its fair share of challenges. I also hope that with the support of ANLP to not just develop the NLP community but to ensure the highest standards of excellence in the field."
