Madeleine founded Allen Training Associates in 2004, offering world-class training, facilitation and coaching that delivers visible results. An internationally recognised Trainer in NLP, she is uniquely qualified to train professionals to excel. With over 30 years experience in the Consulting and Financial Services industries Madeleine has helped businesses of all sizes to reach their goals, through training, change management, project management and coaching.
