The growth of coaching supervision has expanded rapidly over the past few years. All leading coaching organisations such as the ICF, AC and EMCC now recommend supervision for their qualified coaches. As a founding member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS) and an assessor with Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA), (*1) I have joined with other qualified supervisors to offer both 1-2-1 and group supervision to vast numbers of internal and external coaches. This includes remote supervision carried out over audio-visual platforms worldwide for organisations such as Lloyds Bank, Sainsbury’s, OnAir Geneva and Airbus, among others.
