I first came across NLP in the mid 1990s when I was looking for something to help me with some interpersonal issues during my career in marketing. I found it so useful for many other aspects of my life that I continued with learning more about NLP. It was not until 2000 that I first encountered the idea of Coaching outside the sporting environment.
