Future pacing for NLP Professionals...

Charlie, Sam and Jo had invested both time and money in their NLP Training Course. When they graduated, they were reminded that they now had beautiful, ornate toolboxes, full of infinite possibilities in the form of bright shiny tools, which they had learned to use during their course. They had even had a few extra tools thrown in for good measure, including ANLP membership!

Charlie, Sam and Jo met up again 5 years later, at the Class reunion and they reflected on the past 5 years…

Charlie had left the course and put his toolbox on the shelf, having decided the tools were so shiny and new they were to be saved for a special occasion or perhaps a rainy day. Over the years, his toolbox had gathered dust, and whilst his tools were still beautiful and shiny, his skills had rusted because he was saving them for a special occasion.

Sam and Jo had realised that their toolbox containing infinite possibilities would only be of value if they put them to good use…so they had.

Sam already had a job that he loved. He knew that his new found skills and amazing toolbox could be put to great use in his existing job. So he had taken his toolbox into work on the Monday morning and set about creating change and making a difference by applying his new skills and using his tools in his workplace.

Jo, on the other hand, hated her job and had learned her new skills so she could use her shiny new toolbox to create change and make a difference to others in a new role.

Over the years, Sam and Jo applied their skills and used their tools to create change and make a difference. Sam used his toolbox of infinite possibilities to make a real difference in his job and with all the customers, suppliers and colleagues he worked with over the years.

…and Jo had done the same with her toolbox, building a successful business which made a difference to all the clients she worked with.

Their toolboxes had become a little tarnished and battered; their tools were worn from constant use AND their skills had been honed, refined and improved even more with the experiences they had gathered over the years.

As they talked, Charlie looked back over the last 5 years and realised how many times he had been given the opportunity to get out his toolbox and use his tools and skills to make a difference. ‘What could have happened if…? He asked himself.

Sam and Jo looked back over the last 5 years and realised how many times they had used their toolbox of infinite possibilities to create change and make a difference. ‘What might not have happened if…’ they asked themselves.

Make sure you take your ANLP Membership tools and combine them with your NLP skills to be one of those who creates change and makes a difference.
