Hi,
My name is Jane Douglas.
I have been teaching NLP in the context of Leadership and Coaching for the last 30 years!
I primarily work in organisations, designing and delivering programmes that build values based cultures.
I have worked a lot in the housing sector, which I love. I feel the housing sector is my spiritual home, and it is here I feel I make the biggest difference to peoples lives.
I am a big believer in the ripple effect. If I can play my part in passing on NLP skills to the people who serve others, then there is no limit to what can be acheived in making the world a better place for us all the live.
I would be very interested to hear your current challenges and discover if there is any way I can help be part of the solution.
