Hi I am Kiran,  a qualified Life Coach and NLP Master practitioner, certified by the ICF and a professional member of the ANLP. I have been trained and mentored by one of London’s top life coaches and I am passionate about helping my clients break down self limiting beliefs. Helping to restore confidence, motivation and cultivate a positive mindset.

I worked within a corporate environment for 18 years and understand the pressures and strain this can bring. 

What I offer:

Youth Coaching
I have worked with children from 12 - 18 years building strategies for when confidence and anxiety issues have presented obstacles they are unable to move past. 

Parental Support

I also offer a parent support package which is designed to help you and your child to make decisions from a less emotional standpoint. Facilitating improved parent - child relationships through open communication. Coaching can be conducted as 121 sessions for you, your child or for you both together in the same room. 

Empowering women to succeed in the workplace

I am passionate about empowering women to achieve their career and life goals. Whether you are striving for promotion or returning to work after maternity leave. Using coaching and neuro-linguistic techniques can break down self limiting beliefs, helping to restore confidence, motivation and cultivate a positive mindset.

Whether you are feeling trapped in a negative cycle, unsure of how to approach your next life challenge or want to feel less disconnected, I am here to support you. I provide a safe non-judgemental space where you are free to be your true self.
