Nicola’s spent over a decade working with and for organisations within public, private and education sectors, coaching and training leaders, managers and teams. She has led L&D teams, working her way to ‘Head of’ service level. Nicola has an MSc in Executive & Corporate Coaching, and NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer status. Nicola is also an accredited PRINT® Coach. Nicola is a natural, skilled and client centred Coach. She focusses on being amongst the best in her field – she knows that if she’s on top of her game, she’ll help those she works with be also.
