Theresa Coligan

I spent 18 successful years in the advertising, media and publishing industries, including more than 10 years at board level. My last role was as Sales Director of Emap Magazines running a large department with a budget of £150m and a place on the Executive Board.

After 18 years in the corporate world, I was keen to find a new challenge. As the people-side of the business had always been my passion, I re-trained as a Coach and NLP Master Practitioner before launching my own Coaching Consultancy in 2006.

Given my business background most of my coaching is with senior executives in the media industry but I also have experience in many other sectors. I also enjoy working with small business owners and private individuals.

My specialist areas are leadership development, team coaching, improving interpersonal skills, stress management and building resilience.

I am passionate about NLP and the transformative changes it can bring. The NLP Principles are at the heart of my coaching philosophy and I use NLP a lot in my work.

In addition to being an NLP Master Practitioner, I am a certified coach accredited by the AC (Association for Coaching); a certified Emotional Intelligence assessor and a member of ISMA (International Stress Management Association)
