Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship + ILM Level 5 Certificate of Leadership and Management - The Psychology of Success with NLP

This dual course includes the Operational Managers Level 5 Apprenticeship Qualification plus the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management - The Psychology of Success with NLP.

The Apprenticeship route is available if you meet certain criteria as follows:

• • Be employed by a limited company, public sector or charity and be paid via PAYE
  • Be resident in the UK for the last 3 years
  • Have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (grade 4 or 5) - can be added into the programme
  • Not already in possession of the equivalent qualification in Leadership and Management
  • Not already be completing any other government-funded qualifications.
