• Become an innovative problem solver (Disney Creativity Strategy/SCORE Model/Cause Audit)
• Make appropriate decisions even in complex situations in a timely manner (Wise Decision Making Model)
• Tap into your own creativity and that of others to innovate and enable business growth (Strategies – motivation and decision making and Disney Creativity Strategy)
• Negotiate and influence others so you can get the best from individuals, teams, stakeholders and peers for the benefit of your organisation (chunking)
• Become a confident and charismatic public speaker (Charisma Strategy, nested oops, metaphors, 4 MAT system)
• Feed back to colleagues in a supportive way (The Feedback Model) 
• Model excellence within the leadership field so as to apply this learning to enhance your career (NLP Modelling)

Assessment:

This course is practical, hands-on and so much fun! During each module, you will have the opportunity both to practise what you have learnt with the other participants and also to be the client, and experience the amazing changes for yourself. You will also learn some of the latest research and neuroscience to support what you are learning.

Assessment is throughout the course plus an end of course presentation and modelling project. I will support you every step of the way to reach your full potential so that by the time you reach this final stage, you will be ready to demonstrate how much you have learned.
