26th January 2026 - Unit 2 - Leading Innovation and Change - First Two Days To develop understanding and ability to lead innovation and change as required by a practicing or potential middle manager.
28th January 2026 - Unit 2 - Leading Innovation and Change - Days Three and Four To develop understanding and ability to lead innovation and change as required by a practicing or potential middle manager.
22nd April 2026 - Unit 3 – Assessing Your Own Leadership Capability and Performance - Day One and Day Two To develop the understanding and ability to lead a team to achieve organisational values and goals as required by a practising or potential middle manager.
7th July 2026 - Unit 3 - Assessing Your Own Leadership Capability and Performance - Final Module (1/2 day) To develop the understanding and ability to lead a team to achieve organisational values and goals as required by a practising or potential middle manager.
8th September 2026 - Unit 4 - Making Professional Presentations - First Day To develop knowledge and understanding of making professional presentations as required by a practising or potential middle manager.
27th October 2026 - Unit 4 - Making Professional Presentations - Final 1/2 Day To develop knowledge and understanding of making professional presentations as required by a practising or potential middle manager
