  • Module 2 – Delivering a Professional Presentation 
  • Module 3 – Evaluation of Your Own Ability to Make a Professional Presentation

Plus your presentation project will be set.

To develop understanding and ability to lead innovation and change as required by a practicing or potential middle manager.

9th July 2025 - Unit 3 - Assessing Your Own Leadership Capability and Performance - Final Module (1/2 day)
To develop the understanding and ability to lead a team to achieve organisational values and goals as required by a practising or potential middle manager.
