How continuously learning & updating myself with NLP helped me build a successful NLP business in India!

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming – It’s a way to understand the subjective experience of the world, a way to unpack the structure of the human experience. In India, NLP is often confused as a set of tools and techniques, but those tools and techniques are the results of NLP and not NLP itself. 

NLP is a way of understanding life. For many people, it’s a lifestyle. 

And that's why it’s so important to learn and grow with NLP continuously. The foundations of NLP lie in Modelling - Modelling excellence to find the underlying structures so excellence can be replicated easily. 

Many excellent NLP modelers worldwide have brought impactful NLP models to life. Yet, somehow, from my experience, most people in India end up learning the same models taught for the last 30-40 years. And NLP has evolved way beyond that. 

I have spent so much time modelling excellence around the world - I spent seven years modelling the monks in the Himalayas. I spent time modelling base jumpers in Switzerland and the indigenous tribes in Brazil and the rich local culture of Goa and Thailand. 

And I have used models I built from all these modelling experiences to achieve impactful results in my programs and organisations. 

One of the biggest reasons I could do this is because I was able to learn from the models that other NLP Professionals from around the world built. Seeing what they do gave me a deeper insight into my own understanding of NLP and modelling.
