Five Minute Coach

Reviewing: Five Minute Coach; Improve Performance - Rapidly

This book provided a strong solution focused approach to coaching, I struggled initially with the minimal eye contact and the short almost abrupt questioning, however I found the technique extremely effective for really pushing the solution searching back to the client (or friend, or family member!!).
I am super glad that I have read this book as I feel that it enhanced my skills in new areas and drills down to the issue/s much quicker than other methods I have used. I found it really well written and uses clean language, giving clear easy to follow instructions and answering all of the 'what if's' that naturally occur.
It is a really useful tool and it will be a book that I will reference throughout my practise.
