I'm an experienced Learning and Development Manager and qualified Leadership and Management coach. My Masters degree from the University of Chester focused on Developing Inspirational Leadership and Cultures through employee resiliency and I'm now embarking on a new journey as a self-employed learning consultant and coach.
I draw on my experience and degree research to inform my approach to leadership and resiliency and am passionate about employee development, improving organisational learning cultures and transformation through NLP coaching.
I have worked in the non profit sector at a strategic level, responsible for staff development, health and well being stratey, group work and training/ coaching for staff and managers. I have over 12 years experience in the insurance and legal industry managing others, creating L&D departments and training trainers.
