Katalin Marton

An award winning NLP Practitioner with extensive experience in personal and corporate performance coaching, applied neuroscience and DISC profiling.

As co-founder of Think Transformation, I work with people on a wide range of topics, including change and transformation, leadership, values and beliefs, purpose, confidence, communication, conflict resolution, effective teams, DISC profiling and career management to mention a few. In 2020 I have also become an ICF certified Practitioner of Brain and Behaviour Change, bringing the latest  knowledge of Applied Neuroscience into my toolset. In 2021 I am aiming to qualify at NLP Master Practitioner level.

1200+ hours of practical delivery both in 1:1 and group setting combined, followed by consistently positive feedback and outcomes. My most recent experience has allowed me to balance between the commercial and not-for-profit sector, bringing the best out of both worlds.

As the winner of the NLP Practitioner of The Year Award 2019 at the prestigious International Coaching Awards, I dedicate it to all who work with me, as it is a collective achievement, never success in isolation. I am honoured by my clients' trust and commitment to the process, without which they could not achieve such amazing results.I am passionate about the human potential and dedicated to help realise our endless possibilities, embodying our connection, practising with integrity.

Please get in touch to find out how I may help you TRANSFORM.
