Because the new website has more flexible payment options, a ‘valid’ payment method can be either: 

• Debit or credit card 

• Paypal 

• Bank (UK accounts only) 

...and you can pay monthly or annually with all these payment methods 

This opportunity to freeze your fees for life is only available to members who were current and fully paid up when the new website was launched Friday 13th December.

We will continue to remind you via email and social media of the actions you can choose to take in order to freeze your membership rate. 

*Terms and Conditions for freezing membership fees for life 

1. A valid payment method is always set up on your account (Subscription area of dashboard). 
2. Auto-renew is selected to ensure that your Membership continues uninterrupted (Account area of dashboard). 
3. If, for any reason your annual or monthly payment fails and you do not bring this up to date BEFORE your renewal date, your fees will revert to the prevailing rate at the time and will be subject to annual increases thereafter.   
4. Any break in Membership will result in your membership fee reverting to the prevailing rate at the time and will be subject to annual fee increase thereafter unless you request a membership suspension as per our current terms and conditions of membership (section 2.7 Membership Suspension). 

THOSE ALREADY PAYING MONTHLY OR ANNUALLY VIA GO CARDLESS 

The REALLY GOOD news is that IF you already pay your fees by auto-renewing each year (on Go Cardless) your Annual Membership fees will automatically be fixed for life at the new rate for the lifetime of your membership – no action is required from you at all. 

You will only maintain your lifetime membership fee (monthly or annually) IF you keep your Go Cardless DD current at all times. If you cancel your DD for any reason, your membership will revert to the rate applicable at the time.
