Authenticity is detectable – you don’t have to be NLP qualified to work out whether someone is being congruent (i.e. their values and beliefs match their actions). If a practitioner of NLP is advocating their client could use NLP to improve their relationship, or further their career, or overcome their fears, or be a better parent, then they need to be walking the talk and demonstrating they are a living breathing example of the positive powers of NLP....
