By its very nature, NLP is systemic. The NLP model contains many variables that interact so that they influence each other. Images influence sounds which influence sensations (kinaesthetics) which influence beliefs, decisions, identity, and so on. Yet NLP is often used in a simplistic linear way as if we do not need to take systems into account. What then results? Ineffective results, failure to get a pattern to work, and misunderstanding of the causes....
