NLP and coaching has really taken off in Pakistan over the last 6+ years. At the moment, it is still an unregulated market. Which has meant that there are no set standards on the qualifications people have.

When I first moved to Pakistan in 2017, no one had an idea what NLP was. Over the last 6 years, as I mentioned above, NLP has exploded onto the landscape, and in the process there are a number of trainers some with suspectcertifications. I became a member of ANLP in 2019 and since then our NLP trainings have become the most renowned in the country and are considered the benchmark for high quality as well as our capability in the coaching space and professional development programs in organisations. Being part of ANLP has definitely enabled this success. Firstly, through the recognition of being a part of this association and also because through this association I have made so many contacts and collaborated on so many trainings and projects that it has further enabled my reputation and credibility to grow in the eyes of our clients and students.
