ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring - DISC Profiling - Day 5

The course is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of how to coach others, along with the practice to enable you to be highly competent in this area. By the end of the course, you will have the tools as well as the experience to coach others in a professional and effective manner. 

​This course is for coaches and mentors, or anyone who has an interest in coaching and mentoring and wants to enhance their ability through having the confidence of a qualification that is recognized in the business world. It is also for managers, leaders, and professionals within organizations who are looking to develop a coaching style and skill set to use with team members, clients and/or stakeholders. 

Note: There is an option to complete this qualification alongside the Level 5 'Coaching Professional' apprenticeship qualification, subject to certain eligibility criteria. You will undertake a DISC profile activity for yourself so that you can understand your own behaviours in various situations as well as being able to assess others.

This module qualifies you to undertake DISC Profiling for organisations; to understand their individual team members' preferences, to generate and anaylse their DISC reports, and enable them to understand the dynamics of how personality plays out in a work environment.
