I am the founder and CEO of Innate Change. At Innate Change we focus on inclusivity and engagement for different thinkers, those considered neurodivergent. As an autistic and adhd professional I have found that perceptions and assumptions can be very limiting when one carries a globally recognised label.
I created my company in order to provide facilitative change journeys that lead to happy and healthy people. Engaged and diverse talent for organisations and a community that believes and can articulat their strengths.
As a community interest complany we offer services that are chargable to profesional organisations, the profit from which is then used to offer supportive services to communities of neurodivergent adults. All of our services are facilitative and nurtuiring of change for individuals, teams, organisations and families. This change leads to more inclusivity, deeper engagement, innovation, acceptance through understanding and a culture of kindness and curiosity.
