The Business Practitioner NLP Course I attended with Florence was just amazing. Florence has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease in everyway while delivering exceptional training. I completed my Executive Coaching Training with Florence five years before and tracked her down as a knew I just wanted the best trainer to give me the NLP training and that is what I achieved. I attended Florence’s NLP Coaching Diploma in November/December 2019. Whilst the weather during my stay in the Lake District was wet and windy, the welcome from Florence was anything but! It was warm and generous and I quickly made friends with my fellow course members.

We all came with different levels of knowledge and experience with NLP and coaching. Florence elegantly integrated us all into the course, drawing on our knowledge and helping us to fully participate in and contribute to the course. Her own knowledge of the topics is immense.

I had some experience of both NLP and coaching and my main learning was to use the principle and practices of NLP in a coaching situation. I am sure this will benefit me – and my future clients. Florence reignited my appreciation of NLP and I am moving forward with my ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring.

I have known Florence since 2008, firstly in a professional capacity as a HR Manager when I commissioned Florence to deliver training for senior managers and staff with potential to be senior managers. Florence was already delivering training with our customer services team. What I noticed the most was the incredible impact Florence has on people. Over the years' most of the staff took part in some form of training with Florence. Almost everyone came back with an energy, which was incredible to see. We loved waiting for staff to come back from training with Florence. It was always a joy to see the effect and the impact the training had on them moving forward. We universally termed it 'Florencing'. I was curious to know more.

In 2014 I invested in myself and undertook the NLP Business Practitioner, followed shortly after by coaching training, then Advanced Coaching training and ultimately ANLP Master Practitioner in May last year. In all these courses I attended personally, the quality of the training was consistently superb and the shifts in beliefs I witnessed first hand both in myself and in others was joyful to watch. The way Florence manages this is by working with small groups in stunning locations and with a personal style and attention to person that makes you feel incredibly valued and capable of making great shifts in thinking, and you do. It is an experience beyond any training I have ever been involved in and so say many of the colleagues I trained with or supported to undertake training with Florence.

Florence has now co-authored a book with Eleni Santourini called Everyday NLP (which by the way has a ringing endorsement from Robert Dilts himself!). If you are new to NLP or want a refresh then this is simply the book to buy. Florence and Eleni take the reader through a journey of discovery of the concepts of NLP in a contemporary way, beautifully weaving theory into daily life, sharing their own life experience, experiences many of us share. Everyday NLP is engaging and quite simply an empowering experience.

I appreciate this reference may appear overly glowing, it isn't. Training with Florence is empowering and life changing. Read the book and find out more for yourself!

I have attended many of Florence's courses over the last 10 years including Personal Effectiveness, NLP Business Practitioner, Master Practitioner and most recently NLP Coaching Diploma.
