As Founder & Principal Consultant of IL People Solutions Consulting, the value of my transformative services achieved through corporate advisory  and NLP coaching services are underpinned by almost 2 decades of experience in the people development space.

2.Optimizing customer-centric service delivery within the ICT sector by enabling global service consultants to embrace and impart the concept of customer-centricity to their teams.

3.Empowering individuals, both employed and unemployed, to attain the qualifications and employable skills essential for personal and professional growth. We've accomplished this by designing training content aligned with the South African Qualification Authority and facilitating accreditation for training companies.

4.Establishing a collaborative learning ecosystem that grants unemployed youth access to the world of work through a meticulously designed career framework. We conceptualized, designed, and implemented multi-disciplinary Learning Academies, internships, and graduate programs, covering various fields, such as Leadership, Contact Centre, Maritime, Oil & Gas, and corporate investment banking.

5.Fostering a transformative corporate culture that drives increased employee engagement and creates an inclusive environment conducive to Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, and Belonging (D,E,I & B). We facilitate the development of employee engagement improvement plans through culture data insights, establish equity committees to drive transformation strategies, and ensure that individuals with disabilities have opportunities to gain employable skills and recognized qualifications.

There are 4 ways to work with me:

• Excellence Recharge - This is a once-off intensive one-on-one coaching experience for a maximum 2hrs (offered virtually)

• Purpose Circle - Live Virtual Group Coaching (limited to 10 participants): Individuals can join a group of high-performers where the life transformative discussions will be based on a collaborative methodology. The time commitment comprise of two 2hr sessions per month for a period of 3 months.

• Purpose Circle Intensive – Live & Virtual Group Coaching (limited to 5 participants): The time commitment comprise of two 2hr sessions per month for a period of 6 months. The intent of this Purpose Circle Intensive, is to lock on specific themes or topics per Purpose Circle. Due to the intensive approach, this is limited to 5 participants at a time. Individuals may select one of the following Purpose Circle Intensives: 

1. New Leader If you have been given the privilege to have a team assigned to your care, but not sure where or how to start, this Purpose Circle is for you.

2. Emerging Leader If you have been earmarked for a leadership succession journey, let’s work together to help set you up for success once you step into the leadership space.

3.  

   L&D Professionals  If you want to create transformative change through high-impact projects, but not sure how to get executive buy-in, this Purpose Circle is for you.

First, they should complete a Coaching Needs Form to assess if coaching is, actually, what they need. Once completed, they can schedule a 30min Discovery session with me to make the final assessment to see if we can build rapport and if we can work together.
