Lorraine Reid

I have been coaching with NLP for several years, I enjoy helping clients find creative solutions and practical strategies that work for them.

I aim to help people explore their creativity and release their potential by working with beliefs and values and developing a unique personalised vision. I work with individuals and teams to help them identify and develop their assets and talents to be their best, using a range of models to build a bespoke toolkit and road map.I specialise in building confidence, overcoming anxiety and tackling imposter syndrome. I have experience in coaching for job application and interview skills, transition to new role, managing complex change, building confidence and gravitas.

My background is in art and I've worked as a clinician and as a senior executive in both the NHS and the independent sector. I believe that everyone is inherently creative, and that energy can be put towards achieve your objectives; whatever they are.
