In writing this piece I wanted to share some of the ways in which I have adapted aspects of NLP for working with children and young people with mental health needs. Over time I have tailored my use of NLP to one of teaching skills alongside doing change work. In the process I have modified aspects of NLP so they fit more with the ways in which, developmentally, children and young people make sense of things.
