Sometimes transitions in our lives are brought about by choices we make. At other times they are triggered by events not of our choosing. In both cases, there will be a time when you have left what you know but you have not yet arrived at a new destination. You are moving through a field of new possibilities where something more can emerge. We want to suggest that successfully navigating such transitions involves allowing more of you to emerge. In order for this to happen, we cannot rush to the safety of a familiar destination. Instead, we need to live with questions now that may not have obvious answers yet. And that is the focus of this article....
