I am lucky to be able to work across a wide range of different situations in such a wide array of contexts.  As an INLPTA trained and ANLP Accredited Trainer of NLP you would expect me to deliver NLP training programmes such as NLP Diploma, NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner.  If you goal is to become an NLP Professional then Proactive NLP Ltd is definately for you.  

Outside of NLP Training Programmes I work in an array of business contexts delivering NLP based consultancy, training and coaching.  A common element I find in my work is creating the conditions for collaborative working to flourish and develop. Whether this is in the fields of construction, oil & gas, utilities or rail or in the increasingly complex and demanding environment of Health, Social Care and Housing.  The success of my approach is supported by my core suite of development programmes that I call The Proactive Space.  This is proving pivotal in creating the change of Attiudes, Behaviours, Cultures and Processes that are fundamental to long term sustainable and generative change.

As a result of the work I have delivered in these complex organisational contexts I have created powerful 'Business NLP' programmes that I call: Collaborative Working Practitioner (An NLP Practitioner level programme) and Leading a Collaborative Culture (An NLP Master Practitioner level programme).  These programmes are heavily oriented towards what is happening in the economy as we speak.  The need to work together and seek out extra value for clients has never been greater.  These programmes have been designed following 3 to 4 years of delivering collaborative working in some of the highest profile infrastructure projects delivered over the last 5 years.
