Mr. Anup Talwar, also known as Happy Anup is a vibrant and accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in enhancing human effectiveness across the globe. He is associated with S-CUBES for past 17 years. Known for his infectious positivity, he holds an impressive array of qualifications: Chartered Electrical Engineer, MBA in HR, and MA in Psychology with a few more post-graduation diplomas. An internationally recognized NLP trainer, certified & recognized by the American Board of NLP, Treacle Academy (UK), and International NLP Trainers Association, Happy Anup is also an advance analyst & administrator Certified in using psychometric profiling tools such as Extended DISC, Mind Mapping expert, and Laughter Yoga Leader. He has also done his basic and advance mountaineering course and he is a recognised safety auditor. His diverse expertise even includes being a recognized snake rescuer by the Forest Department of Maharashtra. Happy Anup specializes in making learning fun and intrinsically motivating through experiential education, corporate training, and building high-performance teams. He has led leadership training for senior teams in IT and engineering firms, NGOs, and global youth groups. 

A true pioneer, he curated the “Highway Classrooms”—an extraordinary high-altitude retreat in Ladakh. This program, designed using the multidimensional principles of human psychology integrated with applied NLP, combines bike rides with reflective journaling to help senior managers and leaders find deeper meaning in their experiences & excel in their chosen endeavours of life. This August we will be celebrating 18th edition of the Highway Classrooms. 

He is also proud recipient of Rashtriya Vikas Ratna award – 2013 by Economic Growth Society of India.
