Hi, I’m Raj Kaur, as certified NLP Practitioner and Health & Wellbeing Coach at First Me Coaching, I help you reconnect with your inner strength by transforming both your mind and body. My mission is to guide you beyond mental limitations and physical imbalances - so you can live with clarity, confidence, and vitality.
With over 30 years of experience, I specialise in blending the science of Neuro - Linguistic Programming (NLP) with the time - tested healing of Ayurveda to deliver powerful, lasting change. Through NLP, you’ll learn how your thoughts, language, and behaviours shape your reality - and how to shift these patterns to break free from stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. Alongside this, Ayurveda brings the body into balance using personalised nutrition, herbal treatments, and lifestyle guidance tailored to your unique constitution.

WHO I HELP
RECENT WORK
I recently worked with a client who had been dealing with high cholesterol for over 20 years. Despite various efforts, their cholesterol kept rising, putting their health at risk. After a recent blood test, doctors advised medication, but the client was hesitant and wanted to explore holistic approaches instead of allopathic treatments.
The client was also experiencing high stress, which contributed to their health issues. Over the next three months, we focused on NLP coaching to reduce stress, shift negative thought patterns, and promote a healthier mindset. Alongside this, we applied Ayurvedic practices, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and personalised wellness strategies to support overall health naturally.
In just three months, the client’s cholesterol decreased from 7.9 to 6.8 this was a drop, it marked the beginning of progress. The client also lost weight and felt better overall. This case demonstrates how addressing both mental and physical health through holistic methods can lead to meaningful, lasting improvements. Empowering clients to take charge of their health creates positive changes that go beyond the numbers.
