Mental Mastery

A quality book in every way, from its touch and feel through to the way it is written and the hints and tips that it mentions for practical application.

This is a book that I simply could not put down. It is extremely flexible in that the reader can dip in and out of the chapters dependent on their personal priorities (determined by a self-assessment questionnaire at the start of the book) for improvement.

The book does not need to be read from cover to cover in order to understand and enjoy it. It considers 8 different factors that contribute to mental mastery leading to sporting excellence and takes each one in turn providing background research and anecdotes to support it. This is followed by techniques-graded for level of difficulty- for the reader to try. In addition there are useful coaching tips for those readers who want to use the book to work with and enhance the skill levels of others.

Well laid out and written beautifully this is a book, whether you are familiar with NLP or not, that is too good to be missed.
