I have over 15 years of experience with personal development and wellbeing and I work with you one-to-one or in a group setting. Each session is completely tailored around your needs to achieve your desired outcomes and goals, and help you eliminate the obsacles that stops you reaching your true potential. I am a certified NLP Practitioner, British Wheel of Yoga Accredited Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and a certified Relax and Renew Trainer. I also draw from my diverse background in the corporate, the NHS, and charity sector, where I have developed and applied my skills in communication, coaching, patient support, natural health and wellbeing and customer service.

Finding Motivation for Excerise as a Diabetic

As a Diabetic Type 1, I know that regular exercise is essential for my future health, but it’s always felt like a chore, a “must do”, rather than something to enjoy and I have struggled to motivate myself to get going. I went to see Gunilla last year and I am so glad I did.

I had never tried NLP before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but a big change has taken place and it was definitely worth it.

Since Gunilla helped me uncover my hidden motivation, I have started cycling to work and I am currently doing a Couch to 5K and regularly going to the gym.

The “uphill’ feeling before starting exercising is gone, I enjoy it, and I am pleasantly surprised to find myself looking forward to it. I can definitely recommend her.

I worked with Gunilla to address negative thinking/ feelings of guilt on transitioning into a new phase of life after my recent retirement. I found the sessions and excercises extremely helpful and even though I don’t understand how the process works, it certainly has worked for me.
