Improved Courses/Workshops Module is Launched

Following a successful Trainers Focus Group, which gave us valuable feedback on the courses and workshops section of the members dashboard, we are delighted to announce that the new functionality and improvements have been integrated and are being rolled out on Thursday afternoon, 21st October 2021.

The key changes are

  • *NEW* courses/workshops library, where you can set up your courses once...and then add as many dates for these courses as you choose.
  • *NEW* separate options for single module courses and multiple module courses
    • Single Module = a course that runs on consecutive days, without any days off eg a 5 day course from Monday to Friday in one week
    • Multiple Module = a course that runs over a number of grouped days eg a 9 day course that runs over three modules of 3 days each
  • *IMPROVED* ANLP will now only moderate course and module content, as well as any override content you set for a specific iteration of a course. Once your course and/or modules are approved, as long as there are no changes to the content, you can add as many dates as you like without waiting for moderation.
  • *IMPROVED* search facilities, so potential students can filter on virtual, in person or hybrid courses as well as location

The intention is for you to build up a course library containing all the courses you deliver eg Introductory, Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Monthly Practice Group. You only need to add each course to the library once, assuming the delivery method is the same.

If you deliver some Practitioner Courses in person and some virtually, then set these up as two separate courses – one in person and one virtual.

You will then be able to add dates for every time you run a course. You can enter as many sets of dates as you wish, so if you run Practitioner 4 times a year, enter the course in the library once and enter 4 sets of dates!

Remember, all courses and workshops that feature on the website are also included in each issue of Rapport magazine, so you have two chances of getting your courses before an interested audience.

We have provided new How To Guides for the Courses and Workshops Section of your dashboard, which you can access here or via our Support Hub
