It provides practical suggestions for coping with change and introduces the reader to a wide range of well known management models along the way. Those readers familiar with NLP will also recognise references to useful NLP techniques that facilitate transitioning through change. The good thing about this book is that it is a practical guide for readers whether they are well versed in management models and NLP techniques or not. For the former type of reader it reinforces good practice and for the latter may motivate them to want to delve deeper and learn more. A thoroughly enjoyable little book.
